Studio 3 Design has been retained by IMG Realty Trust to assist tenants in developing and maintaining a quality office environment. Studio 3 strives to provide projects on time and within budget, while reflecting each business’ personality and individuality for each client.
Standard Tenant Improvement Package:
- Space evaluation and basic programming based upon the tenant needs
- Interior space plan indicating walls, doors, and standard casework based upon tenant needs
- Interior finish selections from building standard product selections
- New paint finishes throughout the office suite
- Upgraded building standard carpet throughout the suite, from building standard options
- Three carpet pattern choices, with numerous color options, included in building standard options
- Solid cut pile and solid loop pile carpet for borders if desired
- Break room including standard cabinetry in maple, oak, or white laminate, and plastic laminate countertop
- Break room equipment options include stainless steel sink, dishwasher, and hard-plumbed connections for coffee makers and refrigerators.
- Building standard acoustical lay-in ceiling
- Prismatic 2’ x 4’ fixtures
- Building standard door and casework hardware
